5 These Terms are issued, and the Site is provided by Natural Machines Iberia, S.L., whose registered office is Carrer Lepant 190, 1-2, 08013 Barcelona, Spain and with Tax Identity Number (NIF) ESB65896748 (hereinafter, “Natural Machines” or "we").

2.1 You are allowed to print and download extracts from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use on the following basis: (a) no documents or related graphics on the Site are modified in any way; (b) no graphics on the Site are used separately from the corresponding text; and (c) our copyright and trade mark notices and the provisions of this clause 2 appear in all copies.

These Terms are between you and us and are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the KINGDOM OF SPAIN, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, and the parties expressly waive the right to any other forum which they may have.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the election of laws and courts in certain a cases. If your applicable regulations do not allow the election of laws and courts, the provisions in the paragraphs above shall not apply.

No failure to exercise or any delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall impair or operate as a waiver thereof in whole or in part. No single or partial exercise of any right under these Terms shall prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.
